First consultation & scoping
We clarify where you stand, what you already do yourself and where you suspect potential. Based on your site size and your concern, you get an individual quote.
You're already doing SEO but suspect potential is being left on the table? Often it's not your texts, but what happens "under the hood".
Most businesses that aren't getting anywhere with SEO often hear first: "You need more content." Often that's true. But sometimes the actual problem lies somewhere completely different: in a sitemap Google can't read, in missing heading levels, in internal linking that buries important pages, or in missing structured data that would help search and AI systems classify your content better.
That's exactly where I come in as your freelancer for technical SEO: I look at the "hidden" parts of your website that your visitors never see, but Google and LLMs very much do. After that, I tell you where visibility is probably being lost and what can be done about it.
Who it's for
For businesses that already do SEO and notice something isn't adding up, or who want an independent, deep look at the technical state of their website instead of just hearing "more texts".
What you get
A deep SEO audit with prioritised recommendations for action, or targeted individual services like structured data, crawling optimisation or LLM discoverability. Clearly documented and directly actionable.
How I work
I work independently and transparently. You get clear findings, understandable priorities and concrete next steps, so you can decide yourself what you implement in-house, with your agency or with me.
Technical SEO is everything that determines whether Google, and increasingly AI systems too, can even cleanly capture, understand and classify your website at all, before content even comes into play: the machine readability and the effort needed for it. If this foundation crumbles, even the best text helps little: Google doesn't rank what it can't interpret correctly.
Sure, content is important. But "more blogs" is sometimes the simple answer to a problem that's more complicated. If Google doesn't even index important subpages on your website, if the Search Console spits out warnings and errors, or if important changes are recognised by Google late or not at all, the problem usually lies on the technical side. And in these cases, it doesn't matter whether the problem has always been there, crept in due to an error during a relaunch, or whether a core update changed the mechanics: In such cases, more content mainly creates additional pages with the same unsolved problems. My field of expertise is exactly that: the technical basis for SEO, so that your content reaches the position it deserves.
The starting point is usually an audit. I check your website thoroughly and by hand: indexing, crawling and Core Web Vitals. From metadata, headline structure and internal linking to structured data and backlink profile. In the end you get a list of measures, what can be improved on your website, without you having to write 20 new pages.

During the audit I systematically examine your website and document every finding in a comprehensible way. If you already know where the shoe pinches (e.g. with structured data or crawling), I jump in right there and deliver the concrete solution.
You get the results as a clean, understandable breakdown: each point with an assessment of what it achieves and how urgent it is. That way you not only know what's wrong, but also where you should start.
Here you decide who takes on what: you, your agency or me. What I implement runs transparently based on time spent.
If questions about the audit or the implementation come up later, you can of course get in touch. Brief explanations of my findings and recommendations are part of the project with me.
A technical SEO audit, in my case, is NOT an automatically generated tool report that you could have pulled yourself. I actually work my way through your website. Of course I use tools and scripts, but I manually verify all findings and place them in the context of your business.
What that looks like in concrete terms, from the indexing analysis through Core Web Vitals and structured data to the prioritised list of measures at the end, you can see in this sample audit.
If your SEO runs smoothly, not necessarily. But especially when you feel like you're doing everything right and still aren't achieving the results you want, the cause might be in the technical foundation that you can't see from the outside. Technical SEO isn't an alternative to on-page SEO, but a complementary discipline.
Yes. If you already know where the shoe pinches, I jump in right there and deliver the concrete solution, without us having to examine the whole website first.
The effort depends above all on the size of your website. A lean site is examined more quickly than an extensive shop. After the first consultation you get a concrete quote and know in advance where you stand. The later implementation also runs transparently based on time spent and only after your active commission, so that there are no nasty surprises.
That's not my focus. You know your audience and your offering best, so you're likely at an advantage when it comes to content SEO. If you want support with that, I'm happy to train you in on-page SEO, do keyword analyses so you know which content to write and how, or revise a text for keywords on a case-by-case basis. Generally, though, it's rarely economical for my clients if I (as someone outside your field) write texts for them regularly.
Search engines are no longer the only ones reading your website. AI systems like ChatGPT or Claude access web content too. And they rely on good machine readability almost even more than the Google crawler: so whoever is cleanly set up early gains an advantage in a channel that's only just emerging.
That said, you should always keep in mind that LLMs and LLMO are still "young". That means results fluctuate, best practices change constantly and successes are still very volatile.
Gladly. I phrase my findings so that your agency can work with them directly, and I'll clarify technical follow-up questions directly with them if needed. You don't have to mediate between us.
I usually get back to you within the next few hours. If you'd like, you can go ahead and explain what this is about and leave me a link to your website.
